Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may inform our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), or contact us directly:

You must inform us or Paddle by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you shall be reimbursed without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which notice of your withdrawal from this contract was received. The same means of payment will be used for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as a software license key) if performance of the contract has begun after you:

Expressly agreed that performance shall begin before the expiration of the withdrawal period,
Confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, and
A confirmation of your consent and knowledge has been provided to you on a durable medium (e.g. by email).
